BESTI made a reservation to use the ticket on 8.25. I was informed that I had a ticket that could use both Air Cabin and Cosmos Clock, but I used the Air Cabin well first, and then I stood in line to use the Cosmos Clock, but the staff said that it was a ticket that could not be used no matter how many times I scanned the QR code.. Am I the only one who has had this happen? Or is the guide wrong?
