Depending on the hotel, there are many places where the lobby is not on the first floor or does not have a parking lot.
During the meeting, the driver will be waiting on the road in front of the entrance on the first floor of the accommodation, holding a picket with the name of the person making the reservation.

• Rates are per vehicle. When making a reservation for one vehicle, please enter the number of people as one adult and proceed with the reservation.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
• Operating hours may vary. Please check availability.
• Additional charges may apply if the departure location is outside of Taipei City.
• Within the total tour time, we allow customers to spend as much time at each tourist attraction as they wish.
• Usually, you stay for about 1-2 hours at each tourist site, but it may vary depending on traffic conditions or the circumstances of the tourist site on the day.
• Depending on the hotel, there are many places where the lobby is not on the first floor or does not have a parking lot. When meeting up, the driver will be waiting on the road in front of the first floor entrance of the accommodation.
• If there are more than two meeting locations, additional costs may apply or only one meeting may be possible depending on the location, so please let us know in advance when making a reservation.
• Usually, the driver arrives 10 minutes early, but in some places in front of hotels or subway stations, it is not possible to park for a long time due to road conditions, so the driver may go somewhere else and return.
• According to Taiwan's tourism law, drivers are prohibited from acting as guides unless they are guides.
• Brief introductions to tourist attractions, partial accompanying, and photo taking are available, so please keep this in mind when making your reservation.
• We offer local travel insurance in Taiwan free of charge, so please be sure to enter your English name and passport number accurately.
• You must fill out the required information when making a reservation.

  2. Insurance information for all passengers: Korean name, English name, passport number, date of birth
• If the information is different from the confirmed reservation information, the tour cannot proceed.
  (ex. Quantity of confirmed 4 persons / Quantity of 5 persons on site -> Confirmed car reservation for 1 to 4 persons, so 5 persons are not allowed to board, so the tour cannot proceed and cancellation or refund is not possible)
• There are few articles in Korean and English. Even if you have received an invoice, depending on the time of payment, the article type may have already been sold out and you may not be able to make a reservation. In this case, we will contact you separately to adjust the article type or reservation date.
• In Taiwan, tipping is not mandatory at all, but please note that in some cases, a small courtesy tip (about 100 to 300 NTD per team) is given to the driver and guide as a token of gratitude.
• Please be especially careful about loss of valuables, cash, etc. and personal safety accidents. Please be advised in advance that we are not responsible for the loss of valuables, regardless of the reason.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

• Even if you make a reservation for a Korean or English article, depending on the time of payment, the article may already be sold out and you may not be able to make a reservation. In this case, we will contact you separately to adjust the driver type or reservation date.
• The Korean driver's van can accommodate up to 7 persons.
• In the case of Korean vans, tours cannot be conducted on site if there are more than 8 passengers.
