Witness December 7, 1941. This experience puts you in the cockpit of a Japanese fighter jet departing the aircraft carrier Akagi, 230 miles north of Oahu, bound for a military airfield and Pearl Harbor. It also provides lesser-known details about the attack, such as the different types of aircraft used and how the pilots maintained radio silence while using Honolulu radio signals to guide their way to Oahu.
Imagine being able to walk the deck of the USS Arizona, a battleship sunk by an armor-piercing bomb on December 7, 1941. This historically accurate virtual reality experience takes you to the main deck of the USS Arizona. This tour offers a 360-degree perspective of the entire battleship.
This is your chance to see the 608-foot long USS Arizona docked at the bottom of Pearl Harbor. Diving is strictly controlled at one of America's most revered war graves. Below the waterline you can see the massive Arizona cannon, which has never been fired in battle. Explore gun emplacements called barbettes. In Barbette #4, we see the entrance to the well where the remains of USS Arizona survivors were placed to join their fellow shipmates for eternity.
