The phrase jaw-dropping view is a cliché, but when you actually visit the Grand Canyon and see this spectacle, there’s no better description. The Grand Canyon West entrance offers some of the most spectacular views of the canyon. Given the vastness of the West Rim, it’s a good thing your ticket includes access to the on-site hop-on hop-off shuttle bus. Head to the Guano Point lookout to see the iconic rock formations of Eagle Point.
Make your trip even more memorable by bravely stepping onto the Grand Canyon Skywalk. As you make your way 70 feet above the sheer cliffs, you’ll be able to see 4,000 feet down through the glass below. If you’re feeling hungry after your adventure, enjoy a beer and a meal at the Sky View Restaurant!

What to Remember
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
- Meal tickets can be used at the Sky View Restaurant located in the Skywalk building. You can choose from a cheeseburger, grilled chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, or a vegetarian Beyond Burger. All meals are served with beer, buttered french fries and a soft drink of your choice.
- Private car transport is not permitted. All guests must park at the ticket terminal and take the shuttle.
- Photographers will take your photos on the skywalk if you wish. You can purchase it at the photo counter.
- Eagle Point's Native American performances take place every 30 minutes from 11:00 to 15:30.
- When using the shuttle, present your mobile voucher at the meeting point and board.
- Please note: Last tickets go on sale at 16:45 from March to November, depending on the days getting longer or shorter in and out of summer. Arizona does not observe daylight saving time. Therefore, during the winter, Grand Canyon West is in Mountain Time, which is one hour ahead of California and Nevada, which are in Pacific Time. When DST is observed, starting in March, the time in Grand Canyon West is the same as the time in Las Vegas and California.
- You may be refused entry if your clothing contains offensive materials or is too revealing.
- Pets are not permitted on tours and cannot be left in parked cars.
