Meeting point:
Meet the driver at the designated hotel (additional fee for vehicles outside Nha Trang may apply. "Check exclusions")
→ If you are staying at Vinpearl Island, you will meet your guide at the reception at the Vinpearl land dock (where you checked in).
→ You must come to the reception at the land dock.

• Please request tour changes and requests through Plus Friend Counseling (Monkey Travel Vietnam) at least 3 days prior to the tour date.
• Please be especially careful about loss of valuables, cash, etc. and personal safety accidents. Please be advised in advance that our company is not responsible for loss of valuables, regardless of the reason.
• The tour will proceed as normal even in rainy weather. (In case of rain, please call the emergency phone number listed on the voucher to change the date on the same day. We will change the date after checking whether the change is possible.)
• You can store your luggage in the vehicle. Please keep your valuables separate.
• Non-obligatory, driver etiquette tip: 50,000 to 100,000 VND per team.
• Required, massage therapy tip: 90 minutes, 50,000 dong per person

• Navy Hotel & KN Hotel area: Passenger car 300,000 dong / SUV 350,000 dong / Van 550,000 dong

100% cancellation fee from 2 days prior to use date
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 / Saturday 10:00~16:00 / Sundays and public holidays excluded). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day ( (based on business hours) will be processed as received.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
