Depending on the hotel, there are many places where the lobby is not on the first floor or does not have a parking lot.
During the meeting, the driver will be waiting on the road in front of the entrance on the first floor of the accommodation, holding a picket with the name of the person making the reservation.

• The price for a passenger car is based on 4 persons, and the price for a van is based on 8 persons. When making a reservation for one vehicle, please enter the number of people as one adult and proceed with the reservation.
• There are few articles in Korean and English. Even if you have received an invoice, depending on the time of payment, the article type may have already been sold out and you may not be able to make a reservation. In this case, we will contact you separately to adjust the driver type or reservation date.
• Within the total tour time, we allow customers to spend as much time at each tourist attraction as they wish.
• Usually, we stay for about 1 to 2 hours at each tourist site, but it may vary depending on traffic conditions or the circumstances of the tourist site on the day.
• The schedule may change depending on the circumstances of the day.
• Additional costs may apply if the departure location is outside of Taipei city.
• If there are more than two meeting locations, additional costs may apply, or depending on the location, only one meeting may be possible, so please notify us in advance when making a reservation.

• We will not contact you prior to the meeting, and the meeting will be held according to the information written on the voucher.
• Usually, the driver arrives 10 minutes early, but depending on the road conditions, the driver may not be able to park for a long time in front of some hotels or next to the subway, and may have to go somewhere else and return.
• If you are unable to meet the driver, please contact the emergency contact number on your voucher to receive assistance from the local office.
• According to Taiwan's tourism law, drivers are prohibited from acting as guides unless they are guides. A brief introduction to tourist attractions, partial accompanying, and photo taking are available. Please refer to this when making your reservation.
• In rainy weather (rainy season), it is very difficult to tour the Shen'ao Elephant Trunk Rock . The rocks are very slippery, so for safety reasons, you can choose to proceed with the tour by either Jinguashi Yin-yang Sea or Romantic Road. 
• If you are affected by a typhoon, we will contact you separately and the tour will not be possible.
• If the total tour time is exceeded, there is an additional charge of NT$300 per hour for cars and NT$350 per hour for vans / NT$600 per hour for cars and NTD 700 per hour for vans.
• We offer free local travel insurance in Taiwan. When making a reservation, please be sure to accurately enter your English name and passport number as required for insurance. (Conducted on July 1, 2016)
• You must fill out the required information when making a reservation.
  1. Exact number of persons (adults/children/infants)
  2. Insurance information for all passengers: Korean legal name, English legal name, passport number, date of birth
• If the information is different from the confirmed reservation information, the tour cannot proceed.
  (ex. Number of confirmed 4 persons / Quantity of 5 persons on site -> Confirmed car reservation for 1 to 4 persons, so 5 persons are not allowed to board, so the tour cannot proceed and cancellation or refund is not possible)
• Tour schedule and time may vary depending on departure time or time spent at each tourist attraction.
• In Taiwan, tipping is not mandatory at all, but please note that in some cases, a small courtesy tip (about 100 to 300 Taiwanese dollars per team) is given to the driver and guide as a token of gratitude.
• Please be especially careful about loss of valuables, cash, etc. and personal safety accidents. Please be advised in advance that we are not responsible for the loss of valuables, regardless of the reason.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
