BESTI had to reserve the Amanohashidate Inefunaya product, and in the detailed description it said lunch was included. At lunch, the guide told us to eat on our own, and when I told them that lunch was included, I said no, and when I contacted customer service, they said it was a mistake. There were other cheaper products, but I made a reservation thinking it would include lunch, but the customer service representative simply said it was a mistake and omitted lunch from the product description. I am truly embarrassed and disappointed in WAUG during the local tour.
