• Seats are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please arrive and check in at least 15 minutes in advance. There will be no waiting and you will depart immediately at the time indicated above. If you are late, a no show will be processed and no refunds or time changes will be made.
• You will take the cruise for approximately 50 minutes from the departure time and return to the boarding location.
• To find a seat, just show your ticket, go in, and sit in an empty seat.
• As long as there are empty seats, you can sit in any seat you want.
• When using a taxi or Grab, Danang port minh Tran ( Q. Hải Châu, 26 Bạch Đằng, Q. Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng ) on Google Maps.

• Children under 100cm are free.
• Child rates apply to children between 100cm and 130cm.

• A fire show is held at Yongdari at 21:00 every weekend. If you take the cruise at 20:00 on weekends, you can enjoy the fire show with a beautiful river view.

• Your full name is required on the voucher as we need to provide guest list information to Da Nang City.
• Checking in may take some time because we need to verify your name properly. Therefore, please come and check-in at least 15 minutes before your cruise boarding time.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 / Saturday 10:00~16:00 / Sundays and public holidays excluded). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day ( (based on business hours) will be processed as received.
