• The tour will be held when booking for 2 or more people.
• The price is the same for adults and children for ages 4 and older.
• Free for children under 4 years old.
• Resorts within walking distance of ALONA BEACH can be reached on foot.
• All free pick-up/drop-offs are limited to Panglao Island; additional charges may apply for other areas.
• A reservation details voucher will be sent within 24 hours (within operating hours) of reservation.
• The voucher will be sent after the company confirms your reservation.
• When purchasing, please accurately enter your name, contact information, pickup location (exact hotel & resort name), KakaoTalk ID, and email address.
• Please prepare towels, comfortable clothing, snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuits, etc. in advance. (There is no changing room on board.)
• After hopping, you can take a simple water shower.
• There is a local guide on the boat. Please cooperate with the guidance.
• Towels can be rented at each resort, and since we meet early in the morning, it is recommended to rent them the day before.
• Please prepare a separate tip for the helper and driver during the hopping, firefly, or fire show ($2 each).
• One bottle of mineral water is provided per person on the boat, and beverages and alcoholic beverages can be purchased for a fee at the restaurant.
• Bringing outside food into the restaurant is prohibited.
• If you have any inconveniences or questions on the ship, please send a KakaoTalk message to the local manager and he will respond right away.
• Please read the precautions before boarding and enter your cause of death, date of birth, name, and personal illness in the signature field. Please follow the safety precautions and instructions carefully.
• When the tide is low around the Virgin Islands, entry may not be possible.
• If you wish to use babysitter service during the hopping tour, an additional fee of 600 pesos per person will be charged.

*If cancellation is requested 3 days before or on the day of the tour date: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable)
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
