Cancellation and Refund
- If you notify 30 days (~30) before the start of your trip: Full refund of the travel fee
- If you notify 20 days (29~20) before the start of your trip: 20% of the product fee will be deducted
- If you notify 7 days (19~7) before the start of your trip: 30% of the product fee will be deducted
- If you notify 4 days (6~4) before the start of your trip: 50% of the product fee will be deducted
- If you notify by the day of your trip (3~the day): No cancellation/refund
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
