Departure at 9am

Afternoon Tour
Departure at 2pm

* Departure times may change slightly depending on the season, weather, and traffic conditions on the day.
* Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.

- If notified 30 days (~30) before the start of the trip: Full refund of the travel deposit
- If notified 20 days (29~20) before the start of the trip: 20% of the deposit deducted
- If notified 7 days (19~7) before the start of the trip: 30% of the deposit deducted
- If notified 4 days (6~4) before the start of the trip: 50% of the deposit deducted
- If notified up to the day of the trip (3~the day): No cancellation/refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
