1. Prepare your passport and mobile voucher.
2. Select the language from the top menu of the ticket vending machine. (English, Chinese, Korean support)
3. Select 'Receive reserved ticket'
4. Select 'Exchange with Japan Pass'
5. Scan the QR code of your mobile voucher in the correct location. 
6. Select the pass start date. (You can select a date up to 1 month later)
7. Agree to the information about pass eligibility and personal information. (Total of 2 questions)
8. Scan your electronic passport in the correct location. (If it is not an electronic passport, scanning is not possible and you must receive it directly)
9. Check the product on the confirmation page and receive your rail pass.
