Please note when making a reservation that Holiday Inn Resort picks you up at the main wing Bay Tower, Discovery Hotel picks you up at the Chic Tower lobby, Zign Hotel picks you up at the tower building lobby, and Hilton Pattaya picks you up at the 1st floor lobby.

After the reservation is confirmed, we will coordinate the exact time to meet.

Preferred time between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM
Meeting times vary by hotel. Please check your voucher for the exact meeting time.
Please wait 10 minutes before the meeting time.

- If you notify 30 days (~30) before the start of your trip: Full refund of the travel fee
- If you notify 20 days (29~20) before the start of your trip: 20% of the product fee will be deducted
- If you notify 7 days (19~7) before the start of your trip: 30% of the product fee will be deducted
- If you notify 4 days (6~4) before the start of your trip: 50% of the product fee will be deducted
- If you notify by the day of your trip (3~the day): No cancellation/refund

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
