BESTIsn’t this a scam? After spending 5 days in Sapa, I made a reservation to come back to Hanoi and relieve my fatigue. As soon as the bus arrived, I went there with a heavy backpack so as not to be late for the time I had booked with the company, and when I said I had made a reservation, I saw a person who seemed to be the manager of Hanoi Orient Spa (in the photo) The long-haired lady wearing Ao Dai was like, ‘Oh! 'Why are you here?' I felt embarrassed to the point where I felt like I was doing something wrong. It's absurd. I'm sure the name and address of this store are correct through WAUG, but since Orient Spa is located elsewhere, they told me to check the address again and go there, which is frustrating and frustrating. In the end, I turned it down and searched for Orient Spa again, and Orient Spa & Nails came up, so I went there beyond my reservation time. The address was 18 P. Báo Khánh, Hàng Trống, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội 11006. The place I reserved through WAUG was definitely Orient Spa Hanoi, and the address is 26 P. Ấu Triệu, Hàng Trống, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội 110206. However, the company name on the voucher issued was Orient Spa Hanoi, but the address was listed as Orient Spa & Nails. Is it really okay to sell products like this? I made a reservation in advance to relieve my fatigue after trekking in Sapa, but the staff turned me on and sent me to the wrong company, like training a dog in hot weather! Do you prank your guests like this?

What to Remember
- Children ages 10 and older can receive massages.
- They say you can only receive massages from the 4th to 8th month of pregnancy. Please contact us in advance after making a reservation but before payment.
- You must arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time to ensure a smooth process. If you arrive more than 10 minutes later than your reservation time, please note that depending on the spa's circumstances, other guests may be accommodated and your reservation may be cancelled.
- Tipping is not mandatory at the spa. If you are satisfied, please leave a tip.
