• For children who do not receive a massage, you can relax in the tea room after the massage, or for young children, you can relax together in the massage room, but there may be differences depending on room conditions depending on reservation status.

• To receive a massage, you must arrive at the massage shop 15 minutes before your reservation time to receive the full massage program.

• There are rooms for 4 people, 3 people, and 2 people. This can be requested and is not confirmed in advance.
• The massage room has 10 double rooms, 2 triple rooms, and 2 quadruple rooms, and a total of 34 people can be massaged at once.

100% cancellation fee from 2 days prior to use date
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 / Saturday 10:00~16:00 / Sundays and public holidays excluded). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day ( (based on business hours) will be processed as received.
