• We will send you an electronic voucher by email. Please exchange for a ticket at the designated location.
• Infants under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat can ride for free. Children aged 3-11 must purchase a child ticket.
• Please arrive at the port 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure time.
• If you miss the ferry, you can change your ticket at the pier and an additional fee will apply.
• One item per person is allowed on board, and it must not occupy seats or aisles.
• Each piece of baggage must weigh less than 15kg and the total length, width and depth cannot exceed 100cm.
• An additional fee of PHP15/kg will be charged for cabin baggage exceeding the weight limit. (prices may change)
• Please let us know the date and time you would like to reserve tickets in advance.
• Depending on airline policy, tickets can only be issued 7-14 days prior to departure date .
• After completing a reservation, changes or modifications must be made at the on-site ticket office, and additional fees may apply.
• The voucher will be emailed to you within 2 business days of issuing your boarding pass.
• Pregnant passengers, regardless of how many months pregnant they are, must bring a certificate of fitness to travel issued by a physician on their scheduled travel.
• Only one piece of carry-on baggage is allowed per passenger with total dimensions not exceeding 100cm (width x length x height).
• This baggage must not take up aisle space, must not exceed 15 kg, and must be carried.
• All luggage must be checked in at a fee of PhP 15 per kg. (Rates may change without prior notice)
• Items that must be checked in: All luggage, items such as bags, packs, TVs, CPUs, bicycles, etc. with total dimensions (LxWxH) exceeding 100cm.
• Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
• If your trip is cancelled, please contact us within 48 hours to request a refund.
• Please do not cancel your ticket on site as on-site cancellations only provide partial refunds.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad. Sign up
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
• The selected product may be sold out depending on local reservation conditions. If sold out, we will contact you individually.
• If there is a price increase at the time of ticket issuance, your ticket may be canceled and you may be required to reserve a new ticket.
