- Business class is on the second floor, has more space and fewer passengers.
- Once a reservation has been made, any changes or modifications must be made at the on-site ticket counter and additional fees may apply.
- This ticket is non-transferable, and the name on the ticket and ID must be the same.
- If a ticket is lost, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reissued.
- We have implemented a policy of limiting carry-on baggage to one piece per passenger, and trolley bags cannot exceed 130cm in size. Please understand that if it exceeds the limit, it will be treated as checked baggage along with other bags and belongings. See baggage regulations
