Precautions regarding Haruka

• When you arrive at JR West's Kansai Airport Station, take your voucher and use the “dedicated exchange machine” installed in front of the automatic ticket gate.
• If the “dedicated exchange machine” is broken and cannot be used, please exchange it at the “green ticket machine” or “Midori no Madoguchi” with the passport mark at the station.
• Exchange is available from 05:30 on the day of boarding until 5 minutes before the departure of the last limited express Haruka train.
• If the designated car (car 4) of the desired train is crowded, please use a non-reserved seat.
• After exchanging the e-ticket for a “Usage Table”, refunds and use dates/trains cannot be changed.
• Please contact WAUG Customer Center for a refund before exchange.
• If the “Usage Summary Table” is lost, it will not be reissued. Please purchase a new ticket.
• If the train you plan to board is canceled before boarding after exchanging for a “Usage Ticket,” please use another Haruka non-reserved seat or Kansai Rapid.

Precautions regarding meal vouchers

• Please present the QR code in the voucher at the exchange location on the day of use and exchange it for a real voucher.
• We will exchange 1 meal ticket for 1,000 yen + 1 meal ticket for 300 yen = total of 2 tickets.
• Please submit your meal voucher to each store when paying. (You cannot use it by presenting the QR code. Be sure to exchange it for a meal ticket before using it at each store.
• Multiple meal tickets can be used at one time.
• Meal tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or provide change. Meal tickets will be collected at the store where they were used.
• Meal vouchers cannot be used at Daimaru Umeda branch, Hotel Granvia Osaka, LUCUA Osaka, EKI MARCHE Osaka, Osaka Station City Cinema, etc.
• Stores used may change.
• Business hours may change without notice. If you cannot use the service due to temporary closure, full occupancy, etc., no refund will be given.
• Meal tickets cannot be canceled or refunded after exchange.
• It cannot be used except at eligible stores.

• The “16 Gourmet” voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers can be canceled before exchange, and cannot be canceled after exchanging even one product.
• Partial cancellation is not possible.
• Haruka tickets can only be used in the designated direction from Kansai Airport to Osaka Station or Shin-Osaka Station, and cannot be used in the reverse direction.
• Please issue Haruka tickets through the white ticket machine at JR Kansai Airport Station.
• Please exchange the 1,300 yen meal ticket for “16 Gourmet” at “BAR DEL SOLE” in the construction plaza on the 5th floor of JR Osaka Station.
