Tokyo Metro

• Please exchange the voucher for an actual ticket at a vending machine located at major Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations.
• You can get on and off the Tokyo subway and Toei subway at any station.
• When you first pass through the ticket gate after receiving the physical ticket, the expiration date will be written on it.
• If you cannot receive a physical ticket at the station office, you can use it by scanning the QR code on the voucher at a ticket vending machine for travelers and receiving a physical ticket. If you have difficulty using it, please ask a staff member for help at any time.
• You can use it as long as you pass through the ticket gate within the validity period.
• This ticket cannot be resold.
• This ticket cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Resale of this ticket is prohibited and resold tickets will be invalid.
• This ticket does not allow entry to the Mori Art Museum, Mori Art Center Gallery, or Sky Deck.
• Customers wishing to enter the rooftop sky deck must purchase an additional ticket on the 52nd floor (500 yen for adults, 300 yen for children aged 4-12).
• Entry is allowed only on the designated date and time, and entry is strictly prohibited at other times.
• There is also a fee for preschool children aged 4 - 6.
• Admission tickets (same-day tickets) purchased locally may be sold out, so we recommend purchasing them in advance.
• Student tickets include high school, college, and professional students.
• Please bring your student ID with you as the on-site staff may ask you to present your student ID.
• The participation date and entrance time are indicated on the ticket, but there may be some waiting time depending on on-site conditions.
