• The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants of 15 is not met 7 days prior to the reservation date.
• If the Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed, visit the Heian Shrine instead. You can also see the Kyoto Imperial Palace from the bus window.
• Please refrain from talking loudly in the vehicle.
• We always replace the air in the vehicle during the tour.
• Please wait at the meeting location 15 minutes before the meeting time.
• Please note that tourist attractions may be crowded during weekends, public holidays, and event periods.
• Times may change without notice.
• Since the entire itinerary is carried out by bus, arrival at each location may be delayed depending on road conditions.
• If traffic jams or other reasons that affect the tour schedule occur, the stay time at each attraction will be shortened and the arrival time will be delayed.
• No refund will be given if the client does not show up at the meeting location on time.
• If the tour is canceled due to extreme circumstances such as typhoons or other natural disasters, a full refund will be provided.

• Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.

• We will take care of any items left on the tour bus.
