What to Remember

Your booking is not complete till you receive the mobile ticket.

For those who reserved the product, please arrive at least 20 minutes at the boarding point. No-shows or late arrivals cannot be refunded.
This is a roundtrip ticket, you can not board in the middle railbike, and one-way ticket is unavailable.
Pets are not allowed. This is possible when using a dedicated mobile field.
Even in rainy weather, the rail bike still operates. (However, operation may not be possible in the event of natural disasters such as heavy rain.)
The seating capacity of 4 pax cannot be exceeded.
Children over 36 months must remain seated and wear a seat belt.
Infants under 36 months of age can be carried on board by a guardian after filling out a pledge.
For safety reasons, operation times may be adjusted if necessary.
Date changes are unavailable.
Please be careful to avoid accidents when riding a rail bike.

Things to be cautious

Children and seniors must ride with a guardian. (For safety reasons, boarding may be restricted on site.)
In principle, infants under 36 months are not allowed on board.
It cannot exceed the 2-seater or 4-seater capacity.
2- and 4-seaters cannot depart together.
Please avoid sudden stops, unauthorized exits, or playing while riding the rail bike.
Be mindful of not getting your hands or feet trapped in the moving chain or wheels.
Please maintain a safe distance of at least 20 meters to avoid colliding with the rail bike in front or behind.
Drinking or smoking is prohibited while riding the rail bike.
Once the rail bike has come to a complete at the stop, please disembark.
If you lose your ticket, you cannot board or receive a refund.
In case of rain, use of VR will be restricted.
