• It operates normally even in rainy weather. (However, it may not operate in case of natural disasters such as heavy rain.)
• The maximum number of passengers cannot exceed 4.
• Children over 36 months of age must be seated and fastened with a seat belt.
• Infants under 36 months of age may board the vehicle if they are held by a guardian after filling out a pledge.
• If necessary for safety reasons, operating hours may be adjusted.
• Date changes are not possible.
• Please be careful to avoid safety accidents when riding a rail bike.

Safety Precautions

• Children and the elderly must ride with a guardian. (Boarding may be restricted on-site for safety reasons.)
• In principle, infants under 36 months are not permitted to board.
• The number of passengers cannot exceed 2 or 4 people.
• 2-seater and 4-seater vehicles cannot depart together.
• Please refrain from unnecessary actions such as sudden stops, unauthorized disembarkation, and playing around with others while riding the rail bike.
• Please be careful not to get your hands or feet caught in the rotating chain or wheels.
• Please keep a safe distance of at least 20m to avoid collision with the rail bikes in front and behind.
• Drinking or smoking is prohibited while riding the rail bike.
• Please get off the rail bike after it has come to a complete stop.
• If your ticket is lost, you will not be allowed to board or receive a refund.
• VR use is restricted in case of rain.
