• If the number of days purchased and actual days of use are different, partial refunds for each day are not possible. (e.g., after purchasing a 5-day ticket, use only 4 days => no refund)

• Terminal 1: Additional KRW 10,000 when used between 04:00 AM and 05:00 AM, additional KRW 15,000 between 18:30 PM and 00:00 AM, additional KRW 25,000 when used between 00:00 AM and 03:00 AM.
• Terminal 2: Additional KRW 15,000 when used after 19:00 PM to before 05:00 AM

Refunds are not possible if the schedule is changed after a confirmed reservation on the reservation site / Refunds are possible with at least 7 days prior notice.
When requesting a refund, please contact the company after canceling the reservation.
If the purchased number of days of use and the actual number of days of use are different, partial refunds for each day are not possible. (e.g., after purchasing a 5-day ticket, only use the actual 4 days => no refund)
