※ After checking the exact flight arrival time at Taoyuan Airport, please select a meeting time 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes later, taking into account immigration inspection, etc.

• The minimum number of guests is 2. If at least 2 people are not present at least 3 days prior to pickup, pickup may be cancelled.
• There is no baby seat during vehicle pick-up and drop-off, and only one large piece of luggage such as a suitcase is allowed per person.
• Please understand that the driver is a Taiwanese local and cannot speak Korean. (Messenger communication with staff is possible in Korean.)
• At the meeting location, first show the driver your English passport name or reservation confirmation, then the group will check the reservation name and wait until all other guests arrive before departing.
• A driver will be waiting for you when you come out of the arrival hall, and if all reserved people arrive before the meeting time, the driver will depart immediately for your convenience.
• There are two drop-off locations in Taipei: West Gate Station and West Gate 3 of Taipei Railway Station. Please be sure to indicate the Taipei drop-off location when making a reservation.
• The pickup vehicle is basically a 9-seater van, and the type and size of the vehicle may vary depending on the number of people. (4 people or less: 5-seater vehicle)
• Please check the Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1 meeting time accurately when making a reservation. Please note that since you are sharing a ride with other guests, you will depart on time without additional waiting time. (Terminal 2 is not currently available and is being prepared.)

When notified 30 days (-30 days) prior to the start of the trip: Full refund of the trip fee.
When notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (20th - 29th): 10% will be deducted from the total amount and refunded.
When notified 6 days before the start of the trip (6th - 19th): 15% will be deducted from the total amount and refunded.
When notified 1 day before the start of the trip (1 - 5 days): 20% will be deducted from the total amount and refunded.
On the day of travel - upon notification before the start of the tour: 100% deducted from the total price and no refunds

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
