Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations and refunds are possible up to 7 days before the tour date.
Changes to the date and pick-up location are possible up to 2 days before the tour date.
For join-in tours, a delay of more than 10 minutes, and for private tours, a delay of more than 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a no-show (no refund for no-shows).
Tour arrangements and vehicle assignments are confirmed the day before. Therefore, schedule adjustments on the day of the tour are not possible in case of no-shows or delays.
If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or flight cancellations on the day of the tour, you can reschedule for free or receive a full refund.
If part of the itinerary is canceled due to sudden bad weather during the tour, the entrance fees and costs for that portion will be refunded. Rescheduling for another day is not possible.
