How To Use

After booking confirmation, you will receive details and instructions via KakaoTalk.
Present your voucher to the driver on the day of your tour.
Valid only on the specified date.
This is a deposit-only booking. The remaining balance must be paid on-site on the day of the tour.
- Shared Tour On-site Payment: PHP 4,000 per person
- Private Tour On-site Payment: PHP 11,000 for 2 people. For groups of 3 or more, an additional PHP 4,000 per person applies.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations and refunds are possible up to 7 days before the tour date.
Changes to the date and pickup location are possible up to 2 days before the tour date.
Please note that a 10-minute delay for shared tours or a 30-minute delay for private tours will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Vehicle dispatch and itinerary are confirmed the day before the tour. Therefore, schedule adjustments on the day of the tour are not possible in case of no-shows or delays.
If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or flight cancellations on the tour day, you can change your schedule for free or receive a full refund.
If part of the itinerary is canceled due to sudden bad weather during the tour, the entrance fees and costs for that portion will be refunded, but rescheduling for another day is not possible.
