[Information on same-day tours]

• If you are arriving by rental car, please use the nearby paid parking lot indicated on a separate map.
• It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the store.
• Bringing in food is prohibited, so please purchase it at the dining terrace on the island.
• Please pay the “Environmental Cooperation Tax (100 yen)” separately. (Exclusions: middle school students or younger, people with a disability certificate, a welfare certificate for the mentally disabled, or a nursing certificate)
• We prepare curry rice or yakisoba. (Infants not included)

• If you are pregnant, please refrain from boarding. (Our ships travel at high speeds. The vibration of the ship may have a negative effect on prenatal education.
• Payment for rentals, etc. can only be made in cash. (Credit cards cannot be used.)
• There may be slight errors in travel time or arrival time depending on weather or ocean conditions.
• Depending on the sea conditions on the day, children, people with limited mobility, and the elderly may be refused boarding.
• Please pay attention to your child's physical condition (sunstroke, heat exhaustion, etc.).
• In consideration of environmental conservation, we are striving to prevent marine pollution and reduce waste. The use of shampoo, soap, etc. when using the shower is prohibited.
• Bringing food onto the island is prohibited. Garbage will be taken away by staff after the tour ends. Please cooperate in reducing waste.
• Bringing pets is prohibited as they may have a negative impact on the ecosystem of other animals.
• There are restrictions on what you can bring on board. Sharp objects such as spears and large belongings (ice boxes, folding chairs, etc.) are prohibited.
• A swimming area has been established, so swimming outside the swimming area is not allowed.
• You must be accompanied by an instructor when outside the swimming area.
• Lifeguards are stationed at all times, but snorkelers in the swimming area are also required to wear life jackets.
• Pictures of dangerous creatures are posted on the island, and guests themselves are required to be aware of dangerous creatures.
• Nagannu Island has an area of 196,000 m2 and is wide at about 1.7 km from east to west, so the range that the rangers can see is limited.
• For safety management and environmental protection, no-entry areas have been established.
• On the day of the tour, we may cancel the tour due to rough weather, etc.

[Boat snorkeling]

• Available for ages 6 and older.
• Up to middle school age, please participate accompanied by a guardian.
• Those under the age of 20 require parental consent.
• We cannot provide guidance to those suffering from otitis media, asthma, sinusitis, epilepsy, diabetes, or heart disease.
• A medical check is performed on the same day. In some cases, it may not be available at the discretion of the instructor in charge.
• Cancellations on the same day will incur a cancellation fee. (50% of the fee)
• Minors require the signature of a guardian (person with parental authority) on the application.
• If a guardian (person with parental authority) will not accompany you, please prepare an application form in advance.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
