• This product provides a basic 18 holes. If you wish to play additional rounds, please purchase additional options. (No sunset time)
• Please select the time zone you want and we will check the available tee time and send it to you.
• Weekends: 07:00 AM It will be held in a shotgun format.
• Weekday and weekend rates are the same.
• It is a basic 4-player game, but if there are not enough people, it will be played as a group.
• Please enter the English names of everyone who is rounding.
• The minimum number of people to depart is 2, and reservations for 2 or more people are possible.
• Please wait in the hotel lobby and the driver will be holding your name board.
• T-shirts, jeans, and shoes with metal spikes are not permitted.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

► In case of rain

• Golf fees are non-refundable and rain checks will not be issued if you decide not to continue your round due to weather after golf begins.
• In the event Bali National Golf Club management closes the course due to course or weather conditions, the following applies:
• Golfers who complete 1 - 4 holes in an 18-hole round will receive an 18-hole rain check coupon.
• Golfers who complete 5 - 12 holes in an 18-hole round will receive a 9-hole rain check coupon.
• Rain check vouchers are valid for 90 days and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• When selecting the pick-up and drop-off option, only 1 - 2 areas can be picked up, and additional charges apply for the remaining areas.
• Please enter your hotel name only when making a pickup reservation.
• The pickup and drop vehicle is a stand-alone vehicle, and you can store luggage such as suitcases in the vehicle. After you finish the tour, your driver will be waiting for you. Return to your hotel comfortably.

If a cancellation is requested on a public holiday or weekend (Friday 18:00 - Monday 09:00), the cancellation will be considered as a cancellation on the next business day due to the business closure.
