• Please present your mobile voucher, not a printed voucher.
• Clothing/swimwear is not permitted in the natural spa.
• People with skin diseases or contagious diseases are prohibited.
• Adults are 12 years of age or older, children are 6 years of age or older to 11 years of age or younger, and infants are 0 years of age or older to 5 years of age or younger.
• Lost and found items are kept for one week, but if they are left for longer than a week, they are disposed of.
• Anyone deemed to be a member of a gang or its associates, with tattoos, or intoxicated will be refused entry.
• Please store your shoes in the shoe rack upon entering. Please take care of your own locker key.
• In accordance with Japanese public health regulations, bringing food and drinks into this facility is prohibited.
• If you cause inconvenience to other customers, you will be asked to leave the facility.
• Anyone with a skin disease or infectious disease will be refused entry.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Bathing-related fees are as follows: Towel: 150 yen, Bath towel: 500 yen, Comb: 100 yen, Toothbrush/toothpaste set: 50 yen, Shaving set: 100 yen. (Shampoo, rinse, and body soap are provided in the bathroom.)
