Traffic Directions:
Shuttle Bus - From Border Gate to Lisboeta Macau (12:00 - 20:00)
MLRT - Get off at Jogos da Ásia Oriental and walk for about 5 minutes to Lisboeta
Macau Bus - Take bus no. 51, 59 or 35 and get off at “RUA DA PATINAGEM/ LISBOETA”

• You must arrive at GoAirborne Macau 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to your flight time for check-in, training and preparation.
• If you are under 1.8 m tall, your maximum weight cannot exceed 120 kg. If you are over 1.8 m tall, your maximum weight cannot exceed 140 kg.
• Must be at least 4 years old as of date of birth. Young passengers must be able to wear our safety helmet.
• Pregnant women are restricted from boarding.
• You must not have any previous shoulder dislocation, back/neck injury, or heart disease.
• Boarding is restricted when drinking alcohol or taking drugs.
• Boarding is restricted when wearing a cast.
• Customers under 18 years of age must have a confirmation signed by a parent or guardian.
• Participants must bring their ID and/or passport for identification purposes.
• Dress comfortably. Wear well-fitting sneakers.
• Wear clothes without collars
• Please remove all jewelry, precious metals, and accessories from your carry-on baggage when flying.
• The GoAirborne experience lasts approximately 1-2 hours, including pre-flight briefing and preparation time.
• Taking photos or video is strictly prohibited.
• There are strictly no refunds for cancellations, no-shows or late check-ins.
• If you need to change your itinerary prior to the flight date, a fee of MOP200 per flight will be charged.
• An administrative fee of MOP200 will be charged in exceptional cases where GoAirborne Macau exercises its sole discretion to issue a refund, including but not limited to circumstances such as incorrect booking or health conditions.
• GoAirborne Macau shall not be liable for compensation or refund for any loss, damage or delay caused by breach of duty or force majeure. Events beyond the control of GoAirborne Macau include but are not limited to severe weather, fire, flood, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, mechanical failure, obstruction of public or private highways, acts of terrorism, vandalism, acts of government, riots, war, acts of God or industrial disputes.
