• If you arrive at the massage shop later than your scheduled time, the massage will only be provided for the remaining time.
• Pregnancy massage is available for any number of months.
• Children fare the same as adults, and there is no separate age limit. Additionally, children must receive spa treatment in the same room as their parents.
• Children who do not receive massages can relax in the customer waiting area.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~17:00 / Saturday 10:00~16:00 / Sundays and public holidays excluded). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, the request will be processed on the next business day ( (based on business hours) will be processed as received.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
