- If the tour cannot proceed due to incorrect information, no refund will be given.

- The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of guests is not met.
- Meet at the jetty, fill out the English names, passport numbers, genders, and dates of birth of all reservation participants before boarding the ship.
- Children under 12 years of age may use the facility when accompanied by a guardian.
- The tour is not recommended for pregnant women.
- If you are deemed to be at risk for your health based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.
- Wearing a life jacket is required and please avoid individual activities in places where there are no safety personnel present.
- Anyone with a hangover or who drank alcohol that day cannot participate.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
Cancellation and Refund
When notified 6 days prior to the start of the trip (6 to the day): Cancellation/refund is not possible.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
