At that time, seats are prioritized on the 2nd floor. If you would like to be assigned to the 1st floor, please ask a staff member when boarding.
• Air conditioning is provided only for rooms on the first floor. The second floor is outdoors and only has fans.
• Children aged 2 to 10 are considered children.
• Since seat availability is not immediately reflected in real time, the time you reserved may not be available even after payment. In that case, please understand in advance that we will contact you separately and assist you in canceling or changing to an available date and time.
• Since the guest list must be delivered to Da Nang City, accurate names must be entered on the voucher. When checking in, we need to verify your name, so it may take some time. Therefore, we recommend that you arrive and check in at least 15 minutes before your cruise boarding time.
• Please understand in advance that departure time may be delayed depending on the cruise conditions on the day.
• There is a karaoke machine on the second floor of the cruise ship, so it may be noisy. Customers who do not wish to do this are recommended to use the first floor.
• Be sure to keep your valuables with you, and be careful to avoid accidents due to carelessness when using the product. Please be careful as you are responsible for loss of valuables or accidents due to personal carelessness.
• If you do not sign up for travel insurance, you will not be covered for accidents that may occur during your independent travel.
