• Products that do not include transportation can be entered from the water park opening time (opens at 10:30 a.m.).
• Wet & Wild Water Park has different business hours each day of the week. Check business hours
• There is no age limit, but children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Pregnant women, those with a weak heart, or those in poor physical condition are requested to refrain.
• Swimsuits made of T-back, metal, or plastic cannot be worn.
• Some slides have height restrictions.
• The floor inside the park is slippery, so please be careful not to run.
• There are shower rooms, changing rooms, and a concession stand within the water park.
• Locker: $15/1 small, $20/1 large (approximately twice the size of the small, price may change without notice)
• Bringing in all food, including drinks, is restricted. You can only bring one unopened plastic bottle of water per person.
• Bringing in personal flotation devices such as tubes is restricted. Please use the designated tubes on each ride. We also rent life jackets free of charge.
• For the Deluxe Package / Premium Deluxe Package, those wishing to participate in bodyboard lessons must gather at the meeting location according to the lesson schedule. More detailed information is available on site.
• Please be sure to bring your voucher.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

Cancellation (Change) and Refund Policy
Request made 7 days before the tour: 100% refund
If requested 4 days before the tour: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee charged)
Request made 3 days before the tour ~ No-show on the day: No refund
In the case of cancellation requests, please understand that cancellation (change) processing is based on Hawaiian time and that cancellations (changes) are not processed outside of business hours and on weekends and public holidays.
If the tour is canceled due to weather or local circumstances at the company's discretion, you may change the schedule or receive a refund of the tour fee (part or full).
