What to Remember
- The Don Mueang Airport section is not available.
- Pattaya Jomtien area costs 12,000 won / additional charge per vehicle.
- This is the price for one vehicle. Please make a reservation carefully.
- One 24-inch carrier can be loaded, and car seats are not provided.
- You must accurately enter your flight number (arrival and departure time) and destination.
- After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you detailed information via KakaoTalk or email.
- The airport meeting reservation date is based on the flight departure date, even if your arrival in Bangkok is the next day. (Example: Departure in the evening on day
- The driver can only speak simple English. (Korean not available)
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

Cancellation and Refund
8 to 5 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee of total travel fee applied
Day 4 ~ Day of travel: Cancellation fee of 100% of total travel fee applied (no refund)
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
