BESTAh.. It’s my first time using it haha. Are there a lot of mistakes?? I tried it, but I was impressed that WAUG responded very well. Haha. If you make a reservation through hotel -> hotel, when you check the schedule and receive the voucher, how long will it last? Cancellation and Refund
8 to 5 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee of total travel fee applied
Day 4 ~ Day of travel: Cancellation fee of 100% of total travel fee applied (no refund)
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
