The meeting location is the same for both international and domestic flights.
As soon as you claim your baggage at the international arrivals gate, you can find your name on the picket attached to the divider.

2. When picking up from hotel
You can meet the driver at the lobby on the first floor of the hotel.

• This is the price for one vehicle. Please make a reservation carefully.
• Prices are based on Chiang Mai Old Town and Nimman Haemin. Additional charges apply for areas other than these. (Additional fees will be notified by email after confirmation of reservation)
• Reservations are not possible for sections of the golf course.
• One 24-inch carrier can be loaded, and car seats are not provided.
• You must accurately enter your flight number (arrival and departure time) and destination.
• After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you detailed information via KakaoTalk or email.
• The airport meeting reservation date is based on the flight departure date, even if your arrival in Chiang Mai is the next day. (Example: Departure in the evening on day
• The driver can only speak simple English. (Korean not available)
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

Day 4 ~ Day of travel: Cancellation fee of 100% of total travel fee applied (no refund)

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
