• In case of bad weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, the possibility of departure will be determined one day before departure (at 12:00 local time) and you will be notified via email.
• The time you select is the boarding time. Please arrive at the meeting place 30 minutes before departure time and exchange for a physical ticket. There is no refund for late arrivals or no-shows.
• Passengers aged 12-64 must purchase a ticket. Infants aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat must pay the insurance fee on site.
• Conditions for purchasing preferential tickets:
  - Those aged 65 years or older and children aged 3-11 years (as of the day of boarding) must carry an ID card or government-issued ID card with the ID number and date of birth to prove their age.
  - Physically and mentally disabled persons and their guardians or 1 necessary companion (holders of the new Physical and Mental Disability Certificate must annotate the “Preferential Measures for Necessary Companion” section in the “Domestic Public Transportation” section on the back of the ticket in accordance with the regulations to receive the discount on the 1 companion ticket)
• Passengers who purchase a preferential ticket must present a government-issued ID card or ID number and date of birth for reference on the day of the experience. Children under 12 years old who are over 150cm tall must present an ID card.
• After purchasing a ferry ticket, please call during operating hours to confirm your reservation information. The operating time may change depending on the tide.
