- If you do not join the cruise for more than 10 minutes without prior notice, your reservation will be considered canceled and all fees paid will not be refunded.
- If a participant is unable to attend on the day of departure for personal reasons, he/she will be automatically considered to have abandoned the event and the full participation fee paid will not be refunded.
- If any product on board is damaged or destroyed due to negligence, the participant will be responsible for paying the cost of repairing and repurchasing the relevant item.
- Please keep the items you brought in safe. We and local businesses are not responsible for accidents or theft that occur before or during the event.
- The local company may change the route without prior notice due to weather conditions, personal abilities of participants or location arrangements. Participants will not receive any form of compensation for this.
- Local businesses may cancel events due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. If similar circumstances arise, the event may be rescheduled and handled in accordance with inclement weather measures.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to participate.
- Participants must carefully follow the captain's instructions, explanations, and safety rules on the day, and wear safety equipment correctly.
- Please exchange within the date and operating hours you selected when making your reservation.
