• You will travel with a local driver who speaks Chinese.
• You will stay at each tourist site for about 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the order of the itinerary may change depending on the circumstances of the day.
• According to Taiwan's tourism law, drivers are prohibited from acting as guides unless they are guides.
• A brief introduction to tourist attractions, partial accompanying, and photo taking are available. Please refer to this before making your reservation.
• Depending on the hotel, there are many places where the lobby is not on the first floor or does not have a parking lot.
• When meeting up, the driver is always waiting on the road in front of the entrance on the first floor of the accommodation.
• The driver will be waiting with a picket sign at the requested meeting location on the day (usually in front of the hotel building indicated at the time of reservation).
• We will not contact you prior to the meeting, and the meeting will be held according to the information written on the voucher.
• Additional costs may apply if there are more than two meeting locations, or depending on the location, the meeting may only be available at one location.
• The driver arrives 10 minutes early, but parking may not be possible in front of some hotels or subway stations due to road conditions, and the driver may go somewhere else and return.
• If you are unable to meet the driver, please contact the emergency contact number on your voucher for assistance.
• Additional costs may apply if the departure location is outside of Kaohsiung city.
• Rates are per person.
• If the information is different from the confirmed reservation information, the tour cannot proceed.
• ex) Confirmed reservation number of 4 people / On-site number of people 5 -> 1 - 4 person reservation confirmed, 5 people are not allowed to board, so tour cannot be proceeded or canceled, refund is not possible.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
