Directions:
Get off at the north exit of Tsurugamine Station on the Sotetsu Line, get off at the north exit of Mitsusaka Station on the Sotetsu Line, and take a bus to Yokohama Zoo from each station for about 15 minutes.
Get off at Nakayama Station South Exit on the JR Yokohama Line and Yokohama Municipal Subway, then take a bus to Yokohama Zoo for about 18 minutes.
JR Tokaido Line, JR Yokosuka Line, JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, Keikyu Line, Tokyu Toyoko Line, Minato Mirai Line, Sotetsu Line, Yokohama Municipal Subway "Yokohama" Station to "Yokohama Zoo", about 1 hour by bus

• Depending on weather conditions and the health of the animals, some areas may be inaccessible. Please check the bulletin board at the zoo entrance.
• Do not feed or scare the animals.
• Do not climb on rocks, trees, fences, etc. or enter fenced areas.
• Smoking is prohibited in the park.
• Pets are not allowed in the park. Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed in the park, but there are some areas where they are not allowed. Please check with the information center.
• Don't knock on the window.
• Please refrain from taking flash photos of animals.
• Fireworks and other flammable items are not allowed inside the venue.
• The following items are not permitted:
  - Amusement equipment that can enter the animal exhibition hall due to wind: balloons, bubbles, etc.
  - Outdoor play equipment that is a nuisance to other customers: balls, bats, rackets, frisbees, kites, jump ropes, remote-controlled drones, etc.
  - Vehicles other than strollers and wheelchairs (roller skates, skateboards, kickboards, bicycles, tricycles, unicycles, etc.)
  - Items that produce noise, such as musical instruments or whistles
  - Tents, tables, etc.
