How to get from Singapore to Johor Bahru:
1. Take a bus bound for Johor Bahru at Queen Street Bus Terminal (bugis station) (30 minutes)
2. After passing through immigration, take the bus you came on or the next bus and go to Johor Bahru (about 10 minutes)
3. Go through immigration screening and meet with guide at City Square Mall (there are many places to exchange currency and purchase SIM cards).

- We will provide detailed meeting location and time information the day before or early in the morning of departure.
- The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of guests is not met. (Vehicle type and number of passengers: 5 to 11 passengers / Carriers cannot be installed / Car seats are not provided.)
- Please take good care of your valuables.
- Please be careful not to lose your passport or cash in Johor Bahru.
- If you wish to use a private vehicle in Johor Bahru, the vehicle fee is S$25~30 per person for 2~5 people.
- If you wish to pick up and drop off a private vehicle from your Singapore hotel, round-trip cost is S$35~50 per person (7 to 11 seats).
- The schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
Cancellation and Refund
If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29-20): 10% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
If notified at least 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
If notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
On the day of travel ~ upon notification before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
The date and time of your cancellation request will be based on the local time of your trip.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
