• It takes 1-2 business days to issue a voucher, and it will be sent to the email or KakaoTalk you provided after your reservation is confirmed. (Changes cannot be made after voucher issuance)
• The tour is difficult for pregnant women.
• Anyone with a hangover or who drank alcohol that day cannot participate.
• If you are judged to have health risks based on your health condition on the day, you will not be able to participate.
• Sauna is for men only
• It is difficult to provide assistance with cases of loss or theft that occur on site. Please be especially careful.

- Cancellation and refund are not possible after reservation is confirmed.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
