What to Remember
- This product is a join-in tour with other people.

- On the ferry used for the firefly tour, passengers must wear life jackets.
- Please let us know whether you have children or not when applying.
- Showers often fall late in the afternoon. It would be a good idea to prepare an umbrella.
- Due to the nature of the area, squalls occur frequently, and the tour continues even in rainy weather.
- To avoid being bitten by mosquitoes during the firefly tour, it is recommended to wear long sleeves or long pants.
- Please take good care of your valuables.
- Car seats are not provided.
- Carriers cannot be mounted.
- Please be careful not to lose your passport or cash.
- The schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
- Visiting Batu Caves is not possible during Thaipusam, around the end of January.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
Cancellation and Refund
- If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29-20): 10% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified at least 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- On the day of travel ~ upon notification before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
