Pick-up & sending service, this is how it works!
For those of you who are curious about how the pick-up & drop-off service works, we introduce it! First, for airport pickup, all you have to do is look for a guide holding a picket with the name of the person making the reservation written on it. The guide will take you to a private vehicle.
In the case of drop-off, the meeting time is adjusted after the reservation is confirmed and the meeting is held at the accommodation where you are staying.

- Car seats are not provided.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- Even after payment is completed, it may be cancelled due to reasons such as the number of participants, reservation status, etc. The reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation confirmation voucher.
Cancellation and Refund
- If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): 10% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified at least 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- On the day of travel ~ upon notification before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
