How to Redeem Your Haruka Ticket

Upon arrival at Kansai Airport, you'll need to exchange your WAUG voucher for your actual Haruka Limited Express train ticket. Follow these simple steps:

1. Prepare your passport and mobile voucher.
2. Select your preferred language on the ticket vending machine (English, Chinese, Korean supported).
3. Choose "Receive reserved ticket".
4. Select "Exchange for Japan Pass".
5. Scan your mobile voucher QR code at the designated spot.
6. Select your pass start date (up to 1 month in advance).
7. Agree to the terms regarding pass eligibility and personal information (2 items).
8. Scan your e-passport at the designated spot. (If you do not have an e-passport, you will need to collect your ticket in person.)
