• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

Hotel room assignment instructions

• The basic option is to share a room for two people, and an additional cost of $300 (all days) will be incurred if you use a private room.
• If three adults are coming, you will be upgraded from a basic room to a room with an extra bed, and an additional charge of $50 per night (including the cost of the extra bed) will apply.
• If three people are coming with infants (under 3 years old), they can stay in a double adult room and there is no additional hotel cost.
• If 4 adults are coming, a double room will be provided.
• If you are accompanied by 4 children (under 3 years old) (2 infants + 2 adults), they can stay together in a 2-adult room and there is no additional hotel cost.
• If you are coming with 3 children (1 child + 2 adults), you will be upgraded from a basic room to a room with an extra bed at no additional cost.
• If you are coming with 4 children (2 children + 2 adults), you will be upgraded from a basic room to a room that can accommodate an extra bed at no additional cost.

- If notified at least 30 days prior to the start of the trip (~30): Full refund of travel fee
- If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29~20): 10% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- When notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- On the day of travel ~ upon notification before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
The date and time of your cancellation request will be based on the local time of your trip.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
