- Please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.
- If you are late, your spa program time may be reduced or you may be treated as a no-show, and no refunds will be given due to this.
- If you arrive at the massage shop later than your scheduled time, the massage will only be provided for the remaining time.
- Cancellation or refund is not possible due to flight delay/cancellation.
- Adults and children are the same price.
- If you would like a child massage, please ask for it to be gentle.
- Be sure to keep your valuables with you, and be careful to avoid accidents due to carelessness when using the product.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- During Vietnamese national/public holidays, additional charges (local payment, etc.) may be incurred as labor costs, vehicle costs, etc. increase.
Cancellation and Refund
After 17:00 2 days before the date of use or no-show: No cancellation or refund.
• The above cancellation request time is based on Korean time.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
