• You must print out this voucher or take a screenshot of it on your phone to participate.
• Changing and showering will be done at Kailua Beach. Showering is only allowed with water. (No soap, shampoo, etc. allowed.)
• Please wear comfortable shoes (sneakers).
• Participation is restricted for those with underlying diseases such as heart disease or back disease.
• The schedule may change without notice depending on local circumstances.
• Pickup is available only in Waikiki, Ala Moana area and Kahala Hotel.
• If there is a discrepancy between the reservation information and the actual event information, the event cannot proceed and cancellation or refund is not possible.
• Please wait at the pickup location 5 minutes before the pickup time.
• If your pickup time is delayed by about 5 minutes, please do not leave the pickup location and contact the local Join Hawaii contact number.
• If you do not contact us due to a delay in pickup time and pickup is not possible, cancellation and refund are not possible.
• Additional people cannot be added locally.
• If you are unable to attend the event due to not meeting the pick-up time, you will not be contacted separately and a full refund will not be given.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.

- 6 days before the date of use - On the day of use: No cancellation/refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
