Refund policies due to customer change of mind and delayed arrival are as follows.
- 5 p.m. on weekdays/Sundays/public holidays the day before departure, 11 a.m. on Saturday (however, 11 a.m. if Saturday is a public holiday)
- 7 days before departure date: 100% refund and change of total fare possible
- 5 days before departure date: 50% of total fare can be refunded and changed
- 3 days before departure date: 30% refund of total fare
- On the day of use: No refund
*If payment is made on the day of use and cancellation is made on the day of use, a 100% refund will be provided up to 3 hours before boarding time. (100% cancellation fee applied after up to 3 hours)
-If the customer cancels directly, a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred according to the refund policy set by the company (100% cancellation fee on the day of use), so you must request cancellation by phone before canceling or call after canceling to avoid a cancellation fee of 100%. We will process a % refund.
※When using during sunset time, if the weather is cloudy and you cannot see the sunset clearly, no refund will be given.
※If the flight is not possible due to bad weather announced by the Korea Meteorological Administration (wind warning, typhoon warning, heavy rain warning, etc.), a full refund and free schedule change will be provided. (However, cancellation or change is not possible in case of simple rain.)
※ Changes in use date and use time can only be made once, if possible, at least 5 days prior to the use date. (Cancellation or refund is not possible if changes are not possible)
