• Schedule, product composition, and details may change or be canceled depending on weather and local conditions.

• Infants under 36 months are free.
• Bulky items such as golf clubs cannot be brought onto the vehicle.

• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from incorrectly entered information (name/contact information/date of use/pick-up/drop-off location/KakaoTalk ID, etc.) at the time of reservation, or from theft or loss.
• To avoid the risk of losing your valuables, please keep them with you or store them safely.

If you notify us 30 days (~30) before the start of your trip: Full refund of the travel fee
If you notify us 20 days (29~20) before the start of your trip: 30% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us 6 days (19~6) before the start of your trip: 40% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us 1 day (1~5) before the start of your trip: 50% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us on the day of your trip - before the start of the tour: No full refund

Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
