What to Remember
- Please follow the guide's instructions during the tour.
- The Jungle Pack cannot be used by children alone, and a maximum of 2 children can use it per adult.
- Barbecue plates are available upon pre-order and serve approximately 1.5 people.
- The quantity of meals you can order may differ from the number of people on your tour reservation.
- ATV - Anyone over 12 years old can drive / Children can ride only when accompanied by an adult
- ATV, zipline - available for those over 1 meter tall
- Age regulations - Adults (12 years and older), children (24 months and older - 11 years old), infants (less than 24 months)
- This tour runs every day.
- If the included activity cannot be ridden according to individual preference / if the child is unable to use the ATV or zipline, partial cancellation and partial refund are not possible.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
Cancellation and Refund
4 days before the date of use ~ on the day (including no-show): Full product price is non-refundable
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
